Common reasons to write
- A deal has ended or looks wrong. On any deal page, use “Report expired deal” at the bottom of the page. It tells us straight away.
- A question about your account. You can change your name and your newsletter choice yourself in My account. For anything else, including deleting your account, email us.
- Your personal information. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us with “Data request” in the subject line. See our privacy policy for your rights.
- Newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also switch it off in My account.
- An order or delivery problem. We do not sell anything ourselves, so please contact the retailer you bought from. They are the ones who hold your order.
